Yoga Basics for Kids | Kids Yoga in Quarantine | Young Yoga with Sylvia (20 Minutes)

It's a 20 minutes zoom yoga class for beginner yogi kids. :) We did some basic postures and breathing practice. The most important thing is we were being silly and playful on the mat. Don't be shy! Be your true self on the mat! I'm glad my kids also joined me, lol. Usually, they just observe aside or stay in the room when I'm teaching adults. Great start! :P *************************************** You may also reach me at My website: http://www.youngyogawithsylvia.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/yogisylvia/ Facebook: http://bit.ly/36XLfEj Twitter: https://twitter.com/yogisylvia Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/sylvia0779/ ******************************************* Disclaimer Yoga provides great benefits, but only you know your own body and limits. Gratitude Meditation with My 3 Kids | Yoga with Kids | Young Yoga with Sylvia

In this video, I practiced a short 5 mins gratitude meditation with my 3 kids, especially expressing our gratitude towards all those who are still working hard and serving our communities during this quarantine. We chalked down our gratitude and then meditate on that, followed by a little prayer. During this downtime, practicing gratitude meditation will elevate a sense of well-being, lowering incidences of depression and anxiety and promoting greater trust. For kids, it teaches them to be grateful for what we have already got and makes them learn from those people who are still working for us how to be selfless and helpful to society, at least first starting from home. :) Stay safe & calm! Namaste, Sylvia More yoga videos with my kids: https://youtu.be/p40gEUmU5KY https://youtu.be/-DfY5KqhFfs P.S. The voice somehow wasn't recorded properly, thus we had to voice over.
