💟How to do:

1. Lay on your back, legs hugging together;
2. Inhale, use your core muscles, lift up your legs off the floor at a 90 degrees angle;
3. Use your hands to support your hips and lower back as you slowly lift them off the floor;
4. Continue to lift up until you hinge from your hips, keeping legs straight;
5. Slowly lower your feet down on the floor over your head, tucking your toes under;
6. Interlace your fingers behind your back, keeping arms straight and hugged towards the midline;
7. Check your alignment, hips reaching upward, kneecaps lifted upward, legs hugged together, spine elongated, back of neck long and neutral, core engaged;
Congrats! 🎊 You nailed it!
💟Modifications:
1. Hands on the back for support. Simply keep your hands on your back for support. Make sure to keep elbows in towards the midline.

2. Use a yoga wheel. You may set the wheel behind your back for support if you are still building up core for this pose. Keep your legs engaged and lifted to strengthen your core muscles.

3. Use a chair. You may combine the two props: a wheel and a chair. You may rest your legs on the chair, which may accommodate your own flexibility level of your back and hamstrings.

💟Tips:
Start to practice this pose with props to check out if your body is ready or not. If you don’t have wheel, simply use some thick blankets or cushions to lean on, or use a wall, which is always our best friend. 😊 . . . . . . . #yoga #yogaasana #asana #foundation#foundationofyoga #yogaposes#yogateacher #yogainstructor#yogapractice #yogaprogress#igyogafamily #igyogafam #namaste#yogaclass #yogastudent#yogabeginner #yogaforall#yogaforeveryone #yogaforeverybody#yogaforbackpain #accessibleyoga#yogaforlife #yogajourney#yogapassion #yogalover
