Maybe Namaste 🙏 can be an alternate way to greet people recently in order to promote zero bacteria in greetings, especially when people are uncomfortable being touched or hugged at this moment, simply showing respect to yourself and to others.
Maybe it’s also the time to build up some good habits, practicing #shatkarma each day to clean your body from inside out. Shatkarmas are six purification techniques of the body in Hatha Yoga, are Neti, Dhauti, Nauli, Basti, Kapalabhati, Trataka. I will explain one by one in future post.
Living in this world, we are facing difficult situations from time to time, the way we choose to deal with them depends on how we see them. Different people see things differently. B.K.S Iyengar said, “Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” Practicing yoga teaches us to stay with the situation we are in, to observe the present moment, to stay calm, not to panic. When it’s happening, it’s happening. When we discern the truth that we can’t change anything that’s happening and we can’t regret anything that happened, we will move on. It's not easy, that's why we need to keep practicing and yoga is a life long journey. Buy once we started, we are 1 step closer to our Spiritual destination.
