Sometimes we are hesitant to start something because we are afraid of failure. We think a lot, we worry a lot, we concern a lot. We don’t know where our choice will be leading us. We are too afraid to explore this unknown. Plus, on the way there, we might hear judgement, criticism or negativity...All those stuff just block our way to pursue happiness and follow our heart.
To be honest, I was born timid. I used to take others words really serious. As growing up, we are changing our perspectives by meeting different people, by fitting in different environment. Life makes grow. The more troubles we encounter at early stage, the maturer and stronger we would be. That’s why I never pamper my kids by offering them everything they want. Life is not about materials, but experience in how to cope with setbacks.
Since I was drawn into yoga, I have been changing my perspectives on things that I would’ve never thought about before. It has become my biggest passion that has been pushing me all the way forward till today. It teaches me how to overcome all difficulties, how to make decisions and how to find true self.
And yes. I’m now doing what I’m really want to do. I started. I let go results. I don’t mind what people say. I’ll be only learning from those valuable experiences. I believe I’ll really appreciate myself one day because I didn’t give up.
