Gratitude Meditation: "Be Grateful For What We Have!"

There are too many other things in our life that we can be grateful for. Gratefulness doesn't have to be on those big things, but small stuff in our life. Looking around the things we have and have a count, we will probably be shocked because we might have never noticed them or simply taken them for granted. Too many desires will only lead us to more disappointment and depression. To find more happiness, try to desire less and enjoy what we are having.
